I was hired under false pretenses. I was told I would have the opportunity to travel and attend seminars, lead the way their new ticketing system was going to work as well as get additional training to then be utilized in furthering my career. It was very clear after about 2 weeks (but to be honest I could see after the first week) that all of it was a lie. The owner treats you like you're absolute garbage. I was blamed for many things that I had nothing to do with, if customers were upset about something I wasn't involved with, etc. My position went from being somewhat of a dream job into becoming a glorified secretary, where I was told that I needed to know everything about everything that was going on and was reprimanded if I didn't. I became the scapegoat for every issue that had occurred. If 0 stars was an option, I would definitely choose that. Stay away from this place.
