Salary is not up to the mark. One needs to negotiate at the begining to crack a good salary.

- Good for freshers to explore and learn - They pay salaries on time - All weekends are off - Lot of activities for employees from HR

- As of now this company has less than 1% market share in terms of General Insurances - This company has less product portfolio compared to other GIs. - This company copies all the major competitors in terms "They did so we should do it" no originality - Half of the workforce is lethargic, only 40% are actual workers - Sales function is the worst, [DO NOT JOIN sales team] - HR function works for the Senior Mgmt only. - Work environment is bad. - Recently senior management has changed who have zero vision. - No learning for veterans or experienced employee plus you will be demotivated for doing good things. - Higher earners have been asked to leave.

The only pros I can see is that your salary comes on time.

I will only talk about my vertical. i.e banks and affinity vertical. - The senior management of this vertical have completely lost their minds and are putting pressure to achieve their unrealistic dreams and aspiration. -They don't have a single good partner. -Comparing freshers with people having 5-6 years of experience. -Due to the current boss.... More than 6 people have resigned from the team of 22 people and soon more are going to switch the company. -No appreciation or motivation, no matter how much you do for the company.
