It does the job, good pay, decent people, you will find yourself jumping around everywhere sometimes and when that happens you don't get bored

Very strict till scan speed so I would feel so bad for the elderly when you are forced to scan extremely fast, Its either get told off by customers for scanning fast or told off by management because you aren't hitting there threshold. Can get tiring when doing the same thing for hours on end. Holiday bookings are strict to, just make sure you book them 4 weeks before hand.

Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
