Toxic work environment. Poor management. No training and no help from teammates. Everyone is overworked. People are very fake and there are cliques. Open floor space. Very loud environment with no privacy or quiet areas. Makes it hard to concentrate. They work from bottom up. Not top down. Be prepared to have to scratch and crawl for help or any information. It is a sink or swim and thrown to the wolves environment. High turnover for a reason. Passive aggressive people. No work life balance. Be prepared to work all the time.
