The UAE Govt should do a proper audit of this company as I guess 40% of their staff works on visit visa. If you are terminated you need to leave immediately, if you resign you are either asked to pay or are tortured. The HR is a team of robots there serving them for years because they won’t get jobs anywhere else now.
