Pretty laid back company. Just do what's expected of you, but do it well. This is an acquisitions company, so there's pretty huge potential for growth. Paid holidays off, pro-rated vacation and sick time with your very first paycheck. Training is long and drawn out, but incredibly thorough. There's always someone to call for help. Every manager, from the stores right up to the HO, are always willing to help and always make you feel like there's no mistake or issue that they won't help you solve.

The pay is awful and the health insurance is expensive. You have to hound people for payments each month and charge them late fees if they fail to pay. Really think about the economy of the area for which you're applying in. Low economy = more collections calls and late fees = tenants fighting to get late fees waived.
