Communication between management and employee during COVID was poor at best. Goals that were set were virtually unobtainable with little or no guidance to succeed. Hard work is rarely recognized, but failures/misses are spotlighted. Expect to be pulled in several different directions and potentially have career path diverted from what you originally applied for.
