To many unbroken promises to much talking about people needs alot more communication and consistancy the hr department needs some re training the most and formost noticble factor they do not hold true when it comes to reviews. In the intire time i have been with the company i have yet to get an updated or corrected review. They need to learn how to give increases when they say they are abd they really need to stop messing with our commission if they want to keep making it impossible than maybe a cost of living raise would keep people and make our goals a heck of alot more reasonable to reach. They wonder why people keep quiting well listen to these reviews and maybe we would be more positive and stay or possibly might refer more people. They need to make our benefits more affordable.
