This RBT job is genuinely one of the good ones, training is solid, everything’s organized, and both clients and staff are treated with real care. You're supported, not micromanaged, and the work actually feels meaningful. Any drama comes from a few coworkers, not the clinic itself. If youre looking for a place with good vibes, clear expectations, and leadership thats in it with you, this is it. Paid training, and can move up kinda quickly if you are motivated and stay focused.

Must have good attendance! They don't mess around with a ton of excuses. Get your stuff together, don't be a follower, some coworkers just need to do their job. Once supervisors onto them, gets handled. Speak up, don't create issues.

LS was great at first ave the Schereville location definitely has better BCBAs and structure overall.

BCBAs have power trips, lack of professionalism, and are not afraid to belittle an RBT in front of coworkers and clients. The safety care training was such a joke I had to retake it for my new job. HR wouldn’t do anything and all the “management” are BCBAs, out of touch with the day to day tasks the RBTs are doing. Not to mention forced cleaning after sessions for $12 (anything unbillable was $12) when billable sessions were only $16ish (I was at $16.50 when I left) which is just insulting.
