1) No work/life balance
2) Unrealistic sales expectations
3) lowered employee discount from 30% to 15%
4) Looking just to take the members money.
5) Revenue is dept based... so a billion dollar company acts like they don't have enough for payroll so you'll get screwed over covering shifts instead of hiring 1 more person.
6) Too cheap to promote, I didn't even get a raise for my anniversary, and my old facility would rather pay someone on a depts salary than General Managers salary, but give GM responsibility, and unfortunately the fool took the position.
