      Pay is decent until you look at how much you actually made hourly then it is quite sub-par even for high performers. No work life balance even with a initiative to change that 2 years ago. Many managers are simply good sellers and bad at leading a team and development

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
