The Senior Management! A "clique" of top managers, ignoring problems/not experienced with communicating with members or staff. Strong lack of education of policies. Small problems are ignored & become large, then staff is fired to protect the GM & Clique. Having No Maintenance gives cause of concern for health reasons, broken/lack of proper equipment, several non certified staff causing members to get hurt., Overcrowding in Studios, not happy staff everyone looks/acts "angry," no crossbranding of depts.
