Great culture geared towards health and fitness. You have to be willing to grind in order to be successful. With a minimal base salary the emphasis is placed on creating your own book of business to have an income that suits your level of expertise, drive and passion to excel.

Svantaggi

The pack of work life balance makes this a profession that some places be with a family should think twice. You will work 6 days out of the week with long hours each day if you want to be successful but your pay will reflect your work ethic

Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Svantaggi

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
