Yes, there are high expectations. Yes, you are asked to do more each year. This is a growing company so they need employees who are willing to work hard. If you do, you're rewarded. If you don't, you're not. It's pretty simple.

- Fast growth = some disorganization - Corporate is not very collaborative but is getting better - When employees leave, they take all their knowledge with them (little cross-training/SOPs) - Political (you'd find this anywhere though) - Old school mentality when it comes to work arrangement (no flex schedules, little work from home or remote opportunities).

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Svantaggi

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
