You will most likely not have much time to use the gym if you are in management. They treat their employees poorly and overwork them every chance they get. Constantly putting their employees down instead of raising them up and supporting them. The goals and expectations are hard to reach if you want to have a life out of work. The upper management says things like we support a work life balance and want you to have your family but that isn't true, if you want to keep your work hours around 40-50hrs/ week.
