If you are looking to make money by picking up extra hours, there are constantly shifts to fill putting you into overtime pay very quickly.

Getting held after work when others do not come in for their shifts. Head staff not enforcing staff regulations. Mainly a lot of problems with there not being a system in place for people who didn't come into work.
