This ultimately leads to poor delivery of products and services. - Laid off excellent managers for new department leaders that have zero empathy and lack product/tech experience. They operate on pitting employees against each other to come up with solutions. It's created a toxic and exhausting corporate work environment to be where folks feel the need to work after hours and over the weekend to meet expectations and protect their jobs.
