you are forced to regularly work 80+ hours a week if you have any hope of meeting your required goals. You can easily make more money working anywhere else if you divide your pay by the hours you have to work. The management in this company is comprised of some of the most incompetent individuals I have ever come across. It makes you wonder if the majority of them have been exposed to any form of formal education. Keep in mind there is NO base pay whatsoever. Many times you are NOT given the basic tools to succeed.
