      Some things I have enjoyed here are: - There aren't any unfair expectations/deadlines put upon developers - Developers have a lot of autonomy on how we want to design features - There is a culture where questions are encouraged and we can discuss implementation without feeling judged - Developers have a good work-life balance where we aren't encouraged to work weekends unless there is an emergency or we are making up time - Healthcare benefits
