Coworkers were nice and helpful.

Terrible pay. This job only pays 3-10% commission for a commission only job. The Ceo will lure you in by telling they have warm leads and your sales would range from $2500-20,000, so getting 10% of each sale isn't too bad. But it was a total bait and switch, if it's a warm lead that you closed you only get 3% and you get 10% if it's a cold call. Your first week of training they want you to make sales but after made sales I was told that my sales on my first week doesn't count. So he kept all the money to himself,It was insulting and wage theft. Now with that laughable pay they want you to work overtime even on your weekend. And the last straw is that they don't have payroll system apparently they'll pay you through cash app, so unprofessional and sketchy.

Meeting nice people, possibly an advantage of getting some nice household items free that normally would be dumped for trash

Hard Working dirty job dealing with mice turds,dust and smells for $21 an hour but all expenses are on you the company doesn't cover anything such as miles, tolls, parking tickets , wear and tare on your personal vehicle. And if you see something that you could use that was just going to be thrown out the supervisor won't let you claiming they need to check with the client. Yet everything is being thrown into a dumpster to be hauled to the dump. It's so sad because a lot of the stuff is like new and could be donated instead of being thrown to the dump You also ruin your clothes because no uniform is provided only thing provided are mask and gloves Some places have no working bathroom and yet no porta potty available Your responsible to pay your own taxes on top of all other expenses and that includes paying a fee just to receive your weekly pay because they pay on a app site such as cash app and your charged a fee to cash out. So your faces with more experience than you make as an income in the end and absolutely no benefits
