      The work itself is very fun, and you get to solve new creative challenges all the time. They really do make some cool stuff, and every day is something new so you'll definitely never be bored

      You WILL burn yourself out working here. It's not uncommon for a lot of employees to work 70+ hours a week because projects weren't scheduled properly. There are HUGE pay disparities among departments, and they will convince people to take salaried positions only so they don't have to pay them for the insane amount of overtime necessary to do this job. They also have created an incredibly toxic company culture built around the idea that you aren't a "team" player if you aren't working insane hours like everyone else.

      If you are new to the industry this place is a great start as you will learn a lot including what you don’t want to see in the theming industry. You will be working on cool fun projects but eventually the glamor of it will fade and you willl take your experience to someone who respects it.

      Long hours expect not having full weekend. A lot of overtime. Bosses are unfriendly and the owner is beyond bad business. You’ll hear lots of true and awful things. The building for composites was behind on safety standards low ventilation no fire suppression which is important. when working with flammable toxic chemicals
