Toxic environment, favouritism like you wouldn’t imagine, unrealistic expectations and cliques you won’t be allowed to be part of. Not inclusive culture

- Bring your dogs to work - Hybrid/remote work options - occassional treats like Pizza and snacks in the office

- very reactive where most of the time the left doesnt know what the right is doing - Onboarding and training was rushed. Not all prepared me to do the job - Divisions are siloed where everyone associates with folks from their own department. - Tech stack is from the 90s/00s completely outdated the way they do things.
