At the place I worked, I learned an incredible amount about phones, computers, and many devices outside of the job description. It is a great place to learn and gain experience.

At the place I worked, the manager was not organized. When I came in, I redesigned the work log and insisted on other people using it. It made the store better, but it should not have taken a college student to get there.
