This company really shows the employees that they care. It really says something to those that are starting that there are employees that have been here 20+ years. That is very hard to do! Especially with a company that has only been around for 30 something years. They care about their employees and they never fail to remind you of the end game of helping save a life and give hope to the family even though it was due to another persons death. I appreciate the donor stories that are told and the employee appreciation events that are held often.
