5yWe appreciate your feedback, as well as the concerns you've raised. To address the concerns first, while we've had to modify our stance on the ability to work from home in instances of COVID exposure, we've found that our team works best to support each other and our advisors when we're together and are able to hear conversations had and are able to easily bump ideas and concerns off of each other. We fully support if somebody decides it best suits them to find another position that allows them to work in a remote setting, and there are many companies today that are eager to operate that way. We found that the isolation that our team felt added to the overall stress and pressure of our current environment. We felt extremely fortunate that LifePro is an essential business and by putting several critical protocols in place, we have been able to operate from the office as a stronger and unified team.
We like to say each employee at LifePro is the owner of their own franchise. To help ensure that we are upholding this standard, every team has weekly check-ins to keep the team leads informed of what’s going on. These meetings bring forward any potential issues or success stories, while also giving each employee the freedom to get their job done without daily “helicopter” oversight.
It is true that in the past the team has felt pressure to be here when other things are happening. Over the past year, the leadership team has worked hard on ensuring that the team feels supported to be there for their family when events happen, take sick time when they’re not feeling well, and to take vacation to recharge. Family is truly everything – that includes the family outside of our walls as well as the family inside of our walls.
I love all of the items that you listed on why you enjoyed being part of the LifePro team – good salary (and monthly bonuses), a fantastic team to work with, fully paid benefits and 401k matching. I’m also proud of our incredible culture and the fact the team unifies to work towards our company goals which can lead to meaningful company bonuses and extra time off at the holidays.
Thank you so much for bringing everything to our attention so that we can continue to improve on areas that we can do better, as well as make sure we continue to do well on areas that we’re already hitting the mark.
