Starting pay here is $40,000 with full benefits and paid days off and many of our call center agents make $75,000 or more, which is nice pay for a 40-hour workweek. Several make over $100,000 per year, so the opportunity is right there every day. We always offer new call center reps the opportunity to sit next to high performing reps and I hope you took advantage of that. It's our 32nd year in business and we're growing. I'm not seeing the torture chamber you describe.
