9yHello,
We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback about our organization. We would like to address some of the items you mentioned.
We pride ourselves in being a family friendly organization where most of our after-hours events are specifically designed to include our employees’ families. We recognize our work at LifeShare does not just include the work but also includes the support of their families. Our executive leadership all have open door policies. Each of our leadership team members makes a great effort to understand their staff and take their perspectives and concerns into considerations. Not only do our executive leaders meet with each new hire, our CEO invites our team members to lunch to get to know them and listen to their concerns. Communications is an area that can always be improved. We are continuously working on our communication skills and making every effort possible to communicate with our staff.
Our training is amazing! We have created a dynamic clinical training program called LifeShare Academy to provide a modular training plan that covers multiple topics about the organ donation process. We also work very hard to make sure our employees have continuing education opportunities (usually 2-3 trainings in a month). We look for the best of the best when we hire our leaders. All of our leaders have years of experience not only in leadership but also in their industry.
We don’t understand what you mean about “favoritism, unethical, targeting” or “scapegoating”. We would be happy to talk to you offline if you would be willing to provide us with information on how we can improve.
