3yThank you for your response. We value your input and strive to create a great place to work. LifeSpring realizes that health insurance is expensive and for the past 12 years has kept the employee portion of insurance costs the same and has not passed on the increases. A company’s culture doesn’t change overnight; however, LifeSpring and our Board is committed to continuing to make steps to ensure the company and staff are culturally diverse and welcoming through committees, trainings, and involvement in the community. The Board has always been open and welcomes discussions on diversity and inclusion. We want everyone to be equipped to do their job. The agency has a training staff of 7 to conduct companywide trainings. Job specific training happens in each department and chain of command could have been followed to speak to your supervisor or their supervisor if you felt you were not adequately trained.
