LifeWorks cares about clients' experiences and understands that staff must be well supported, trained and practice self-care in order to keep services running well for clients. The agency offers numerous training and professional development opportunities. Most importantly, staff are consulted and considered in agency decisions and initiatives. They have a very reasonable and generous PTO/ sick/ personal time policy. While pay is low, the agency does look for ways to improve pay across all roles.
