All they care is about them self in leadership and displacing anyone with a better idea than their own. Don’t waste your time at LW. They over promise on delivery to clients , understaff projects and sadly underpay for over and beyond individual effort. They rather put an intern on multimillion dollar project than give a senior a chance to put ideas into place.” This place will give you another managers level work load and never pay or promote you, especially if you are NOT Canadian.
