I feel that hard work is recognised and rewarded, and many members of senior management and approachable make themselves available to assist with questions from junior employees such as myself. I feel I have been given a good amount of responsibility for my role and have been able to learn and develop new skills quickly, while in a collaborative and supportive environment. With the company being relatively small it is a great opportunity to gain insight into business and project work from start to finish.
