You were clearly not right for our culture and working with us was not right for you. We have mentioned and explained our culture in response to previous reviews on this site. We are sorry to read about you feeling that your work impacted on your mental health.
We have two Mental Health First Aiders. Our MHFA's are completely trustworthy, and your allegation that they are not is baseless and completely untrue.
We run employee surveys and have regular one-to-ones with all our team members. Our teams are engaged and we received feedback from a survey in 2021 that our people are generally happy. Of course we have things to work and will do so.
There is no "game playing". Integrity is one of our values. To us it means doing the right things, no matter what. We live and breathe this every day at work and do the same for our customers. We don't tolerate game playing and there is no need to.
Bullying is clearly unacceptable and has never even been used as a term in our business to our knowledge. It's totally unacceptable. You didn't report bullying whilst working here, I can state that for a fact. Nor has anyone else in the last 5 years.
Our business is growing and our people strategy has been highly praised in 2020 by industry award bodies. We have employees who have been with us for over 30 years and continue to thrive and enjoy our culture. Our leadership team place our people and our caring value at the heart of everything they do.
We are proud of our work environment and culture but we understand that not everyone is right for us and we are not right for everyone.
