      This company used to be a decent place to work but it pains me to say that the CEO completely ruined the culture when she arrived. She is a nice enough lady and I was very hopeful when I met her but she has turned Lifetech into a place where people are told to stay in their lane. She fully exercised nepotism and brought terrible people in to lead departments. These people aren't just poor leaders but they are rude human beings. The CEO is blinded to the reality of what is going on and always takes the side of the people she brought in. Let's talk about what they actually do as a company. Hey Lifetech, remember when you guys actually innovated & created? No? That's because it's been a while. What is the point in having an overflowing R&D department if all you do is manufacture other people's formulas?

      The building- that is it.

      I think all the recent reviews speak for themselves. By a wide margin, this is the worst place I have ever worked. It wasn’t always toxic, but ever since the owner passed away and his wife took over, the decline has been staggering. Shaffiq, the CEO, is bad news. He’s running the company straight into the ground. He has no idea what he’s doing, hires people who are wildly underqualified, and then wonders why nothing gets done right. Dysfunction starts at the top and infects everything below it. The culture is fueled by fear and instability. People are constantly anxious about losing their jobs. And HR? Completely useless. They’re just there to collect a paycheck and look the other way. Avoid this place at all costs.
