Hostile work environment Lots of bickering and drama among staff Expectations for job are not clear Management will routinely expect you to stay beyond your scheduled hours without even discussing it with you by leaving gaps in coverage and putting you in a situation where DDS can file on you if you leave but they don't schedule anyone to relieve you There is a neighbor who harasses, records, and berates staff and management has not done anything to manage the situation to protect staff
