Vantaggi
There are no positives to working here if you work on the sports side. The technology side has some better managers; however, the leadership on the sports side (EM) is the worst of the worst. irrational and completely disorganised. You'll love it if you like to get called into meetings with no notice, get stopped in the middle of meetings to talk about something completely irrelevant. If you like disorganisation, this is the spot, as they just let go of the bulk of the operations team in January and outsourced it to a company in NJ, and no one has a clue what's going on. If you like joining a place and not being shown what to do, it's great because there is zero training, you will be shown your seat and a given a computer, and told to get on with it.
Svantaggi
There is no management, the owner or part owner doesn't even use a computer. To get answers, you have to take printouts. They just moved warehouses and outsourced operations at the same time, which caused chaos. Everyone hates working there. People were crying and screaming in the office about the way they were treated. Stay away from this place; its crazy. Oh, and there are several small business stakeholder's, and they don't communicate with each other because they don't get along with EM.
