I had the pleasure of working at Liforme as a Customer Experience Executive, and it was truly an incredible experience. The culture at Liforme is genuinely amazing — supportive, collaborative, and inspiring — and the team are absolutely wonderful to work with. During my time there, I gained invaluable experience that has significantly contributed to my personal and professional development. From learning how to deliver exceptional customer experiences to collaborating with a passionate and driven team, my time at Liforme was both challenging and immensely rewarding. I can wholeheartedly recommend Liforme as a place where people are empowered to grow, innovate, and make a real impact.

Fast-paced environment – Sometimes things move quickly, which can be challenging to keep up with, but it also pushes you to grow and adapt. Limited cross-department exposure – Depending on your role, you might not interact with every part of the business, though opportunities to collaborate do exist if you seek them out.

I wanted to work for Liforme as I liked that it was a small company with commitments to environmental sustainability and philanthropy, and years later I still stand by my decision. I have had nothing but a positive experience whilst working for Liforme, and have found the working environment and culture to be friendly and colleagues and management to be supportive. Additionally, Liforme is supportive of career progression and offers good development opportunities if you are looking to grow in your role.
