Management hasn’t used its brain in giving hikes and promotions in 2023. Ratings doesn’t match your efforts. Hike percentage is decided long before any discussion on appraisal. You need to work extra 100% to get just extra 2%. Hard working people are never appreciated. Company hasn’t learnt to nurture talent. People with different ratings have got same money in hikes. Lots of people are disappointed. Think before you join. I have nearly 10 years of experience but because of politics I earn the same as a 7 year experienced. I already see lots of people looking for jobs outside.
