As mentioned no help and support for employees struggling with mental health. Claim to offer flexible working but it's very inflexible and you can tell they resent offering it. After leaving I have tried to reenter the industry but I have been black balled, employees of the company look at my LinkedIn profile and then suddenly companies don't want to talk to me.
