      Executive team cares very little for staff; no HR department or Operations; as an organization that has been operating for over 20 years they run like a brand new start up with a team that doesn't know what they are doing.

      This is actually amazing advice!! Thank you. If you know of anyone who can help fill these roles, please send them our way! Unfortunately we haven’t been able to help us get our business in order after 26 years. We cannot believe we keep getting so lucky and remaining successful. We will keep trying though!!
