Vantaggi
For me, the best part of working at LightStep is the culture and overall atmosphere. I came from a pretty toxic work environment in my last job, so walking in here was such a relief. The company does a great job of training and onboarding new hires, while creating a close-knit community. I also appreciate the resources they put into their employees - I have never once felt like I didn't know what was expected of me, nor have I felt like I didn't have the proper support to do my job.
It's also a tech company in San Francisco, so I'd be remiss to not mention the "perks" that come along with working here: Wellness benefits, L&D program, stocked kitchen, fantastic office, etc.
Svantaggi
Honestly at this point, I can't think of any. I see a lot of cons on Glassdoor being about working insanely long hours for bad pay, but that's not an issue here. So far, I've only seen a strong work/life balance culture (that's honestly just a respect thing).
