My position was offered as work from home. I worked for several years in office as they made excuses, when a medical concern forced me to stay home I was threatened with termination. I was denied the ability to use the assigned work from home laptop they provided me Trained me on another position then kept me in my current one.

Some good coworkers helping the day go by

Horrendous leadership from top to bottom. The leadership will talk about accountability but will be the first to point fingers when things go wrong. They harass when they don’t get their way, threaten, and cultivate a toxic work environment. The higher level management is so obsessed with their own work culture at HQ, they ignore what goes on in their own branches.
