Some good people but dwindling

LH is in their FAFO phase. Management has deployed a push people out then start degrading rumors about them agenda. They were ahead of their times politically with Elon Musk emulators at the director level. I just wish I wouldn't have given LH my best. I wish I could take back my accomplishments. It is hard because I used to love LH. They are going to reap what they sow. I can't believe the things I was told by management after contributing so much. It's so insulting to have years of experience and no respect. It so disrespectful to have management push you down when you are trying so hard. They'll say it was just words and I should get over it. I hope they find out what words can do and how hard things can be to get over. I am so frustrated and there is nothing I can do. They make people stop communicating with you if you leave on bad terms. It would help to talk to someone just to feel like I was heard. I wish the best for the people I have enjoyed working with, but I also hope they are able to stand up for themselves and stick together. After reading some of these other reviews on here, it looks like others have had a similar experience.
