Small firm, easy to get to know everyone, decent health benefits (family plan is too expensive but employee only is great). Your tasks have a nice variety to them. If you show ambition you will gain responsibilities quickly (for some this might be a "Con"). The management team is very understanding of personal schedule and family needs and they do everything they can to be accommodating. I would still be there if I hadn't relocated due to family necessity.

Office could use some updates and be a little bit more inviting to be in, especially when pulling OT for deadlines. Management has been through a lot of changes in the last few years, and because of that there has been a lot of employee turnover. The previously toxic culture has been fixed by certain individuals leaving, but there is still some rebuilding of the office culture that needs to happen.

Easy to gain more responsibility after displaying performance & easy to work with team members. Employees want to support one another.

Svantaggi

Management does not provide clear company vision and is very set in their ways. Average Senior Level Manager is less than 10 years from retirement. Raises are rarely offered unless it is in an effort to keep talented individuals from leaving, which only seldom works. High number of top performers have left in last 12 months.
