There are team leads or managers with no empathy, or insecure in his/her own ability. For example, there was complete team turnover when a person was put into team lead; with whole new team recruited by him, another complete turnover in a short time.

Flexible hours, unlimited PTO, in a position to really grow after a few really rough years.

Too many "yes" people near the top. VPs and directors want certain things done that they assume it will get done even if you show them hard evidence that it's not possible. If you give them a time line, they assume you can do it In half the time which is not how I work. Also there is a lot of " the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"
