Finally a good manager for the support team, great team spirit and knowledgeable colleagues.

HR is terrible, it feels like they stuck at the socialist area, even though the company didn't even exist back then. The top management knows about most of the issues, not only with HR, but also with other departments, but fail to address these. It's hard to see what they are waiting for. There's no planning, everyone at the company waits for some miracle to happen. There are dreams, but no plans, therefore no real results. The company grew a lot recently in number of people and offices, but it seems they forgot to follow the growth: many people still has a working style like when it was a small garage startup, and they fail to realize that those days are gone. The biggest problem is that many of these old employees are in higher positions, never worked for a multinational company, they have no clue on how to do things and they are not open either for the ideas from the newcomers.
