Top Mangement still lying till the end Top Management is throwing money from the window, sometimes they dont even know how/ why this money was spent (the CEO himself said that). No big added value of the Line Management (direct manager) in this company, you see people doing many things, designing processes, sometimes amaizing stuff but there is no real added value, no advancement..
