Ok - Recensione dipendente - Setter presso Lime Light Management

I have never worked in an environment where someone has truly cared about my success or my goals. The culture is awesome and everyone here in the office gets along great and are so kind! I have found a place were I finally enjoy my job and coming to work is no longer a drag. The experience and knowledge that I am gaining within my position is extremely beneficial and I can’t wait to learn more and see where I go from here!

There is so much potential and opportunity. I am a hands-on person and I learn best when being fully engaged in training and the account managers I have worked with, have really made this possible for me. Being in this type of environment has been just an inspirational turn in my career. To be working with individuals that are constantly working to be better is the push in the right direction I needed. I was not sure if I would be able to be successful at this type of position because I am not too experienced with event marketing however the training I have received and continue to receive is making sure I take steps in the right direction.

Honestly this job forces me to get out of my comfort zone and that was/is something I struggle with. Through training I am mostly up against myself in how much I want to accomplish. Seeing so many successful people, I definitely put a lot more pressure on myself to try and equate to their standards
