There is no pros, the environment is so toxic

People there have 2 face. They smile at you and look like they will help you out but they will stab you in the back after that. Top management do not help your problem. They are so toxic and ugly people working. Blame others for their own mistakes and love getting people fired. The company have so many shady trade happenings in company property. So many unnecessary mistakes and no correction are made. They will make sure things are all last minute launched and make no effort to make things right. Money laundering with few people there.

Team Members were great & very willing to contribute to overall operation success.

Higher Management overly ambitious on investment, causing procurement team to have issues with payment. Slowly year by year things are getting smaller in scale.
