No pros, a very bad company to work.

1. No policy, not ethics, no rules, not vision, 2. Managers are less educated, less technical and every body in this company do dirty politics. 3. My advise, please do not join this company Limtex or Business Pro Designs in any circumstances. It will destroy your career.

Everything are good, instead writting anything you should come in front and talk

Plz discuss with your superior about any issues, make sure you will have solutions within the time if you are not looking moon.
