They are very understaffed. They had promised I would be trained by a corporate trainer which never happened. The ONE customer service rep had been there 3 months and sat at my desk a few times trying to show me the very long procedures and many programs needed to do my job, however, I was never taken away from answering constant back to back phone calls. After a week and a half of answering phones non-stop and trying to grasp the little bit of information I could.....I was told that I wasn't doing the longer in-depth procedures fast enough and I was fired. It was a horrible experience. If I could have been taken off the phones and shown a process from beginning to end and able to take notes then that job would have been easy.
